Vietnam Hydraulic Engineering Consultants Corporation-JSC (HEC) is the consulting unit specializing in hydraulic, hydropower projects. Regarding environmental impact assessment consultancy, HEC has a team of experts who can implement the environmental impact assessment in following fields:

• Investigation of geographical, geologic, meteorological, hydrologic conditions;
• Survey, investigation, collection of data of natural, environmental, social conditions;
• Collection of water sample, air sample, soil sample at the project area and analyzed at laboratory;
• Determination of micro-climate factors in the project area;

• Applying Tank and Nam models for calculation of flow in basin;
• Applying Mike 11, HEC-RAS software;
• Applying HEC-HMS software for calculation of flood in basin;
• Applying HEC-6, HEC-RAS software for calculation of reservoir sedimentation process.
