According to decesion No. 42 QĐ/NEDI1-HĐQT dated 30/11/2005, technical parameters of Ho Ho hydropower project are as follows:

Project name: Ho Ho Hydropower Project

Project Owner: North Electricity Development and Investment Joint-stock Company No.1.

Construction location: Dam and powerhouse are located in Huong Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province, reservoir is located in Huong Lien commune, Huong Khe district, Ha Tinh province.

Scale and grade of the project:

- Grade 3 (According to the standard TCXDVN 285-2002)

- Intalled capacity: 14MW.

- Firm capacity: 2.84MW.

- Annual average power output: 55.6 million kwh.

Major technical parameters:

- Water source: Ngan Sau river.

- Catchment area to the construction site: 278.6km².

- Normal water level: 70m

- Dead water level: 67.5m.

- Total storage capacity: 38 million m³.

- Design head: 44m.
