Construction design consultancy of worksHEC is a consulting enterprise specialized in construction consultancy of hydraulic, hydropower projects. HEC possesses a team of highly qualified experts trained at home and abroad with long experience in large, key projects. HEC provides construction consultancy services including:
- Preparation of construction investment report (Pre-feasibility study report) and applying for investment permission for national important projects according to Article 5 - Decree 12/2009/NĐ-CP dated 12/02/2009 of Vietnamese Government.
- Preparation of construction investment report (Feasibility study report) for projects under categories A, B, C, with works as follows:
- Formation of investment project explanation;
- Formation of basic design based on selected design alternative.
- Preparation of construction technical - economic report.
- Construction design, preparation of cost estimate and total cost estimate.
- Construction design, preparation of cost estimate and total cost estimate for hydraulic, hydropower projects, sea project, water drainage and supply, environmental technology, etc. from special grade to 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 4th grade.
- Depending on character, scale of each project, the project design can be prepared with one step, two steps or three steps (pursuant to Article 54 - Law of Construction and Article 16 - Decree 12/2009/NĐ-CP of Vietnamese Government).
- Other consulting services: According to requirement of clients and regulations of the State.
